Paul Soothill
Paul has a depth of experience across a broad range of industry sectors (PE-backed, MNC, Private, Growth, and Public funded bodies). He focuses on Executive, Interim, Non-Executive/Adviser appointments and has a strong track record placing technology professionals; CTO, CIO, CISO and specialist cyber roles. He is highly adept at supporting clients through change; crisis, rebuild as well as BAU. He works on domestic and cross-border assignments.
He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a 2.1.

Caius Freeman
Caius is an Associate Partner at The McLean Partnership, responsible for the delivery of market intelligence and search mandates on behalf of public and private companies. A generalist by nature, he has extensive experience across multiple industry sectors and largely focuses on functional and specialist roles across the UK and Overseas.
Prior to this, Caius served time on deployment with the Royal Navy Reserves and held a postgraduate research post studying Quantum Optics at Imperial College London. He has an MPhys in Astrophysics from The University of Reading.

Julian Ehrhardt
Julian leads McLean Partnership’s expansion in the DACH region, specialising in senior leadership appointments across Europe with a particular focus on the consumer goods, industrial and private equity sectors. Based in Frankfurt and working in close collaboration with McLean Partnership’s London headquarters, he advises international clients on identifying, engaging and securing top-tier executive talent.
He brings substantial expertise from both the executive search industry and in-house talent acquisition, having previously headed the talent function for a leading investment group before returning to executive search. Julian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of French.

Maisie Soundy
